At esencia. we don’t have standard features we have “specially made Specifications” and the best thing is that they are YOUR own personalised specifications. we certainly have a building style and products that we recommend, such as textured walls, hardwood floors, solid surface countertops, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, exterior features, but ultimately the decision is yours.

 

We work full time jobs, so how will we have the time to devote to building an independent home?
 

We are trained and experienced professionals that know how to manage the process from design through construction so as to have a minimal impact on your work or personal schedule. Meetings are scheduled at your convenience and are organized to typically review multiple topics so as to have maximum results.

Is it possible to make changes after construction of my home has been started?

 

Sure, why not? Yes it is very possible, and we understand that most traditional builders do not like to make changes, but that is not our way of doing things. You have worked hard in your life’s journey to get to this point and you deserve to have what you want from a new home. We will always need two things from you, Time and of course Money. When you have both of things, you can pretty much get whatever you need. Many times these changes do not require extra money, just time to get the work completed.

Who handles the various government inspections on the house during construction?
 

We handle everything related to the construction process, to include all inspections. We will meet the inspectors from the various agencies and keep you updated on the results

 

How Long Should I Expect the Building Process to Take?

 

There are many different factors that affect construction time, including revisions, securing permits and environmental factors.On average, the home building process takes about 7-10 months from the time we break ground. The biggest factor that contributes to extending the building process is making changes to the original design after construction has begun.  These changes can have a domino effect, and can potentially delay projects for weeks.  The more change requests, the longer a project typically takes.Other delay factors can include extended inclement weather and shortage of construction materials around the state.

 

Can You Build my home on a land i already own?

 

Excellent! Our team of industry professionals can coordinate relevant due diligence issues pertaining to the site to evaluate the feasibility of an independent home build on your site. These issues may include soil testing, environmental testing, topographical surveys, zoning regulations, and architectural review board guideline, etc.

However We find that the most satisfied customers are always the ones who involve us early, even before start finding land on their own,If involved early,we can uncover cost savings that have little or no effect on the home’s vision. We can identify expensive components or flaws in the land that will cost you time and money, and solve them before the project begins.

Can I just buy land from you and build after some years?

Yes, you can buy land from us and watch the price appreciates in the coming years, you can start building whenever you ask us to build or even use it for investment purpose to sell later.
